The set is brand new but the seals on the outer set box have been cut. The parts remain in the 9x LEGO factory sealed bags including an extra sealed bag containing the driod arms and magnets as pictured.

The instructions are loose as from LEGO Group. The box is in good condition overall but does have a rip on the front of the box which has been magic tapped on the inside to maintain the integrity of the box.
